Well-being coach and positive psychology practitioner

For the last 20+ years, I've spent my days doing what I love most…helping people find what makes them feel truly alive and well. Growing up in a Greek family deeply shaped my orientation toward well-being, especially watching my grandmother greet life’s challenges with unwavering faith, love, and compassion. A dancer since the age of five, I developed an early, intuitive connection to the body, which sparked my fascination with the mind-body connection and what it means to live well - physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. That fascination led me to study positive psychology, the science of what “goes right” with humans (as opposed to what is broken and needs to be “fixed” and what makes up a life well-lived.

A graduate of the very first Master of Applied Positive Psychology Program at the University of Pennsylvania, I studied directly with Dr. Martin E. P. Seligman, the late Chris Peterson, and other pioneers of the field. I am a National Board Certified Professional Wellbeing Coach through Wellcoaches and spent 15 years coaching employees at a Fortune 100 financial firm. My background is as deep as it is varied, spanning academic research, personal training, yoga, leading coaching strategy and teams, and relationship management and business development.

I live in Peabody, MA with my husband and two daughters.

My Approach

I draw on the science of behavior change, positive psychology, and lifestyle medicine, sharing research tidbits and offering evidence-based practices as needed to help you move forward in ways that are meaningful to you.

During your initial session, we will work together to create a vision of you at your best, most highest level of well-being, whatever that looks like for you.

We’ll identify where you are now, where you want to go, and the motivators, strengths, values, and resources you already possess that will support you on your path to your vision. We will uncover the challenges that have kept you from pursuing a life you love or the well-being you want and co-create strategies to address those challenges. Finally, we’ll set long and short-term goals that forge a clear path to your vision.

During our follow-up sessions, we will focus on what’s going well, review goals, and discuss what’s top of mind so that you can work through things that come up and learn what you need to continue to move forward.

Each session is designed to generate change by helping you deepen your insight, further your action, or both. I believe whole-heartedly that everyone benefits from having coaching conversations and the sooner you start having them, the better. Through the experience of coaching, you will gain the knowledge, skills, and understanding to lead yourself.
